    US shares opened decrease on Tuesday, as traders awaited a sworn statement from Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell for perception on rates of interest and commerce tariffs.

    On the opening bell, the Dow Jones Industrial Common fell 69.0 factors, or 0.16%, to 44,401.38. The S&P 500 fell 17.1 factors, or 0.28%, to six,049.32​, whereas the Nasdaq Composite dropped 112.2 factors, or 0.57%, to 19,602.112.
